Great Staff and building

Pros:
All the staff are friendly and good at their jobs. Elevators never break. Super is very responsive and knowledgeable. Packages are organized and never lost.
Cons:
The bike room is full. The finishes in the apartment aren’t super high end or durable.

LIC condo building rental

Pros:
Quiet, good soundproofing windows despite being near train. Clean, friendly building.
Landlord varies by unit due to being a condo building, but mine is lovely!
Cons:
Building management can be difficult to get ahold of when needed, but live in super and doormen are helpful for all other needs.

Building staff are very nice hard working people
Good location - close to E, pharmacy, food cellar market
Cons:
When I moved in the management was TERRIBLE
