Really close to a ton of subway lines, nice building with responsive management and friendly neighbors and staff
Cons:
Can develop a pest problem if you are not diligent, but they have exterminator service that comes

CLEAN ANS NICE EXCEPT FOR THE BEES FLYING TO EVERYBODY'S APARTMENTS AND STINGING NEIGHBORS.
Cons:
BEES AT A TENANT'S APARTMENT. BUILDING DOESN'T DO ANYTHING. DANGEROUS.
Advice to owner:
PLEASE REMOVE THE BEES FROM THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY! APARTMENT 6J
