Really great building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is new construction and well maintained, units individually have great features including central A/C, in-unit washer/dryer and nice finishes. Most units have private balconies and all have access to the shared rooftop, which has nice grills and seating areas for community use. Units are rent-stabilized.
Cons:
One downside is the childcare facility on the 1st/2nd floor which can sometimes monopolize the elevator during the weekdays. Another is the beer garden nextdoor, which often plays very loud music on weekends during the spring/summer seasons.
