The truth Beach Dunes
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious and that it
Cons:
The Air/heat system never works. Property management staff barely communicate to their tenants or get things fix in timely manner. Also, the cleanliness in the laundry room is gotten too bad. They don't even clean the washers and dryers properly.
Advice to owner:
Stop hiding, actually communicate to your tenants and actually do your job that we pay you for.
