Far from Luxury!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The gym has a nice view. The rooftop has a nice view. The security guards have no issues with packages missing.
Cons:
The neighbors are so ghetto because they accept people from everywhere. There are a lot of vouchers in the building and people do not respect the building. Someone was stabbed in the building. It is not clean. Management just wants the money.
Advice to owner:
Vet the people moving into the building.

Beautiful nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment nice and spacious. Bathroom is gorgeous and kitchen is nicely designed with multiple outlets.
Cons:
My stove wasn’t finished with the pieces added, the laundry room never have cards, a lot of rules regarding buying furniture. Trash room on my floor isn’t always cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Check apartments before the tenants move in.

Just moved in
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the door man of the building, the layout of the apartment is overall nice with just one room weirdly built, heat and cooling work efficiently, overall a great space
Cons:
The outlets in my room didn’t work the first day we moved in, the neighbors are rowdy at times (I just moved in and already somebody had the cops called on them, someone’s dog left feces in the hallways etc)
Advice to owner:
Double check all apartments before you let people move in
