Well maintained building with good management
Pros
Nice windows, quiet, good light, modern appliances, washer dryer in unit, nice staff
Cons
Not a lot of counter space, a bit out of the way Heard that they don’t completely return security deposits

Love living here
Pros
Building staff is amazing and apartments are thoughtfully designed. Love that the building is pet friendly without any additional pet rent or fees. Maintenance is super responsive. Usually your request is taken care of within 24 hours.
Cons
There’s currently a lawsuit being filed against the building accusing the building of a rent concession scheme, so that’s how skeevy we feel the management is, and every little thing costs money in this building.
Advice to the owners
No one wants to rent the shitty shoebox studio for $3400. You gotta be real.
