Amazing living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for two years and had an amazing experience. Doormen, porters, handymen are all wonderful. Amenities are well kept and building is immaculate. Would recommend fully.
Cons:
Management can take a while to respond; however, they are pleasant to deal with.

Building staff are unmatched, best luxury building in hunter’s point by far
Cons:
Wish the washer and dryers were better quality, but it’s nice to have them in unit

Well managed building in LIC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff are great. Building and common areas are well managed. Friendly residents. Easy access to transportation.
Cons:
Nothing major.
Wish the windows had screens so that you can keep them open without inviting bugs in.
The AC/Heat units are old and very loud. They don’t appear to have any energy savings abilities, the built in thermostat is never accurate and need a lot of upkeep. While the included washer/dryer units are unique for the area (for this type of building) they aren’t very efficient and also breakdown quite often.
Advice to owner:
Would be great if you can look into replacement or upgrades of some of the appliances such as heating/AC and the washer/dryer.

Maximillian - A building in decline
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is excellent. Great neighborhood - easy access to parks/restaurants/waterfront/transportation. All Long Island City has to offer
Cons:
- Air conditioning units are VERY out dated. They look like something out of a motel six from 1996. Really unacceptable for what they advertise as a luxury building - No screens on windows, which means anytime you open the windows in the summer it's all the bugs in your apartment - gym equipment is very old and out dated - Management is very heavy handed - Overzealous dorm RA vibes
Advice to owner:
Building needs to be renovated to keep pace with the rest of the neighborhood.

Well-managed building with great soundproofing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well managed, friendly staff and the building is very quiet, you never hear sound from other units.
Cons:
The heating unit in one bedroom flat didn't have good temperature regulation, it was always too warm.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Respectful neighbors, great staff, nice location
Cons:
No cons now that some of the less than stellar staff have moved on to new jobs
