Management was great, front desk and handymen are really helpful and responsive

If you are a light sleeper, don't choose the side that is facing manhattan because of the view.

- Front desk and staff are great - Handymen are responsive - The space, amenities and overall building cleanliness is great for the price - By the M R train - The building management is really committed to continuously improving living here

No train noise. The train is a block away and underground. You do hear the cars on the highway at times if the window is open.

I lived there til 2019 and could not hear any train noise (or even neighbor noise) in my apartment on the 8th floor. It's a great building.
