Lovely Building and Maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, very nice and attentive super, chill neighbours, virtual doorman.
Cons:
Took awhile to get our security deposit back. We had to send multiple text messages, phone calls, and emails before getting a response. It took almost two months to actually get our security deposit check back. Long wait for parking

Well kept, new building with great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively small building and well insulated apartments so there’s not a lot of noise between apartments. Responsive management and super who were always prompt to address concerns. Well kept lobby and common spaces, nice laundry room, overall great experience.
Cons:
No issues in the two years I lived there! Decided to come back to manhattan but otherwise would have stayed, it was a beautiful apartment and a nice building.
