Not Clean and not save for our packages

Pros:
No issue with the neighbors
Cons:
They only clean maybe 2 times a month the hallways and the lobby are always dirty always have an issue with the front door lock I’ve been stuck outside with no way in a couple of times the front door lock is always broken always sleeping out packages
Advice to owner:
Get a doormen or a good super
