Overall decent, but small issues add up
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is clean and relatively quiet, the doormen are always helpful and polite.
Cons:
the noise from the streets is getting worse and worse with increasing constructions and growing population, and our apartment is not the most soundproof. The gym is a little under-maintained as well. The building manager is kind of rude too.
Advice to owner:
Fix the gym please
