It’s a decent place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garbage shoot was nice to have.
Cons:
The electricity charges in this building are insanely high. I never got my security deposit when moving out due to poor communication of management
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive

Cute & New but New Management Every Other Day
Former Tenant
Pros:
balconies, roof top balcony, laundry in building, refuse rooms, hardwood floors
Cons:
advertised gym in building.. it is in fact just a door labeled gym that no one is allowed to use because it’s really a studio apartment. laundry room has 3 washers & 4 dryers & you can be sure at least one of both won’t be working. management will take forever to answer any concerns you have. elevator randomly breaks down & then you have no choice but to wait 3-4 days for management to fix so be prepared for leg day.
Advice to owner:
just be more present & concerned about your tenants.
