It's fine to live here
Former Tenant

Clean, great staff, doorman is friendly
Cons:
Amenities meh compared to other buildings in LIC, weird leasing process, noisy if you are in an apartment in front of the train

Overpriced with questionable security
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Units facing subways have the best view as long as you are over 8th floor. Appliances are stellar, floor to ceiling windows are great. Free amenities. Gym on the rooftop is stellar. Views from bbq rooftop are fantastic.
Cons:
There is a clear lack of security random people from subway roam around the hallways just walk right in no questions asked. They rent out units on a short term basis which brings in some very questionable people in the building one of the short term tenants went on a crazy drug induced episode and starting threatening tenants. They don’t maintain the building it’s a newish building and they don’t bother with upkeep when things break in the amenities spaces. Units are small. Prepare to pay high for electric.

Good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities included Samsung range and refrigerator (w/ice maker) Cooking gas included
Cons:
Heat is not included - electric. READ YOUR LEASE under “owner provides” I was told by showing agent that heat was included. First month of Coned later amounting to 5X what I used to pay with a heated building I figured out the split AC did not provide heat from the building like I was told- it is electric. Showing agent said he was told what to say by management. Mgt replied vaguely and would not say heat is not included in black & white.
