Not bad but could be better

Pros:
Clean, new appliances, gym, rooftop, package room
Cons:
Far from train, thin walls, apartments close to one another.

Nice building and good management

Pros:
Apartments are large and have nice finishes and appliances. Building is convenient to Astoria ferry stop and west facing high floors have nice views of Manhattan.
Cons:
Some noise issues with neighbor’s pets and music but management is very responsive to any complaints.

Pros:
The graffiti incorporated into the building is amazing. The super is really nice. Location in proximity to the ferry is wonderful.
Cons:
Property management is a joke. The grill on the roof deck barely works, the bistro lights on the roof don’t work. Half of the equipment in the gym doesn’t work. The front door doesn’t lock. The available bikes always have flat tires. When we asked to have these things addressed, literally none of them were fixed in the two years we were there. But don’t pay rent even a day late or you’ll get nasty texts from the property manager...
Advice to owner:
Get a property manager who knows how to do the job.
