Lottery nightmare

Pros:
Spacious apartment, free ac units provided
Cons:
Roaches, unclean hallway carpets, hot water issues, dirty garbage rooms.
Advice to owner:
Hire more cleaning people for the building and have the exterminator come more than once a month, and buy a new boiler. Every winter I have to call regarding hot water. Since moving here 2014 the uo keep of this building has gone done tremendously. The building looks run down.
