Good building to live in!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice city view and great neighborhood
Cons:
The interior floor texture is matte wooden veneer, sometime hard to clean. Especially for bathroom

Love living here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are all friendly and lovely. Management is super responsive - our fridge was replaced within twenty minutes of us filing a maintenance request, and they gave us a brand new fridge! Package room is nice and secure, area is wonderful
Cons:
I wish we had an in unit washer dryer. The washers in the laundry rooms aren’t the best and the card system is pretty annoying to use - have to add credit online but then take your card to a physical machine to get the credit added. That’s basically it for cons. I do wish we had a pool, but that’s the only other thing.
