One of the “best” buildings in LIC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has one of the best layouts among LIC condos and good amenities, noting that its gym is small and bit lacking.
Cons:
Management charges a lease renewal fee and the landlord, which differs from unit to unit as the building is a condo building, is not the best as he or she is bit difficult to deal with.
Advice to owner:
There’s a reason why we are paying to live in a luxury building. Take care of the issues if I raise them.
