Dream building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The amenities are to die for. A great size for the price. Beautiful finishes.
Cons:
The neighborhood is not the best, and I have gotten my car broken into. The parking garage isn’t finished so I have to park on the street and risk getting it broken into again. The street parking is also terrible and I have enough tickets that cost the amount of my rent since moving here two months ago.
Advice to owner:
There should be a way that you can protect your tenants vehicles that are directly outside of the establishment. My car was broken into at the front doors of the building. You should be able to release footage to not only the police but me as well..
Or move faster with the construction of the garage
