Horrible all around
Former Tenant
Pros:
The problems outweigh the good
Cons:
Rodents on rodents on rodents. Neighbors that constantly ring doorbell and knock on door for no reason. Landlord is aggressive and lies.

Horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent space, great lighting, decent location
Cons:
Pests and rodents are out of control. Heat gets turned off in winter but left on when hot. There’s so many air leaks and loose windows. The walls are thin, can hear neighbor full conversations. Neighbors slam front doors so hard causing art to fall off wall and break. The landlord doesn’t fix things and then demeans me in the process. This last part doesn’t have to do with the building but I’ve been followed twice in this neighborhood on my way home.
Advice to owner:
If you actually had quality items and quality service and hired professional contractors instead of doing everything yourself this place could have potential.
