Wild animals come to play
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and nice kitchen.
Cons:
Building is mostly surfers, hippies and pot heads. There is no concept of being respectful of noise levels. You will hear the internal doors SLAM incessantly all throughout the day, night and early mornings. There are some that also feel no need to keep conversations low in the hallways during late night hours. There are multiple dog owners that allow their dogs to pee in the garage’s gravel and walkways and in the grass backyard area. The entrance/ground level smells like piss most of the time, if not burning diesel from the tenants that use the space as a repair shop. The hallways tend to smell like lingering marijuana and incense smoke. The floors in the hallways are always filthy looking and the stairways are never cleaned. The garage looks like a literal junk yard. There are bikes on the racks that have not moved in years, new tenants have no where to place their bikes. There’s an SUV that has not moved in years covered in dirt. Toys, car parts and junk scattered around peoples cars. Trash and cardboard is usually piled to the ceiling or blocks the pathway to the package room. The entrance doors are constantly breaking/tenants don’t secure the doors which leads to a lot of car rummaging and package theft. It’s just a very careless building. I would not recommend living here if you are a light sleeper or prefer civilized neighbors.
