Small apartment space

Pros:
Doorman, quiet and respectful neighbors
Cons:

Not a luxury building experience, would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Windows are soundproof, can sometimes feel vibration from train and hear the sound of traffic or the highway with open windows
-windows haven’t been cleaned since building opened
- Concierge is sweet and helpful
- electric bill is paid to the building with monthly rent but frequent discrepancies when it’s added to your rent
-building team does its best to keep the building clean people tend to leave trash everywhere in shared spaces
- Gym is decent and rooftop is nice but closes by 10 pm
Cons:
-management not very responsive after you sign lease
-apartments are small, they intentionally don’t provide measurements in their listings or when you request them
-people smoke indoors when they’re not supposed to and you can smell it through the vents in your apt
-Paper thin walls, you can hear your neighbors
- Not enough Laundry machines, frequently out of service
-rent is overpriced for the space and experience
-some tenants not very respectful of shared spaces
- there has been no gas to cook or access to laundry machines for the last 3+ weeks
- 3rd floor is high traffic, lots of noise at night
Advice to owner:

Pros and cons for sure
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the express train, LGA and highway for Ubers. Lots of amenities and spacious throughout the common areas. Great food options in the neighborhood.
Cons:
This building was under construction the entire time I resided there. The building was not complete yet management tried to get as many people in as possible.

Then the pandemic hit and they closed all the amenities. Most people worked from home and moved out because of the construction noise. It was really bad for many, many months.

They never reduced rent during the pandemic but reduced security in the building instead.

Many non residents loiter in the walking paths and sit on the benches eating their food. Many also leave their trash everywhere.

The materials for the apartments are poor quality. They look nice but were actually a lot of plastic type material. And the apartments themselves were pretty small, especially for the area. Bedrooms for all units were on the small side.

building is nice but location takes away from amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
the staff at the front desk are so nice.
laundry that you can track and control with an app (no cash / coins needed), laundry room is open 24/7.
fairly new and residents are very clean
shared amenities are a great convenience, particularly the gym in winter.
trash and recycling on every floor.
Cons:
it's not quiet or serene because of the location. when you open the windows it's all noise pollution with the subway or the highway. similarly for the shared patio (which is subway level) on level 3.
Advice to owner:
no advice - they're making due and it's a nice place to stay if you can afford it and don't mind keeping windows closed.
