Awesome super, lackluster management

Pros:
Great super, close to the park and the water, spacious units.
Cons:
Bad management, lots of bad neighbors in section 8 units (lots of violence, smoking, etc.) manager is often unresponsive, have had roach issues in the past, amenities are subpar (grills never work, gym is dirty and under equipped, common room is dirty).
Advice to owner:
Do something about the bad behaviors!

BEWARE - Crooks! Stay Away

Pros:
New building. Asides from that nothing, the MGMT were crooks.
Cons:
The MGMT agent is a convict. He tried to steal my security deposit.

So DO NOT RENT HERE.

The building is also far away from everything
Advice to owner:
Get a new MGMT company
