Pretty great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty much everything, it’s a great luxury
Building.
Cons:
The cost. We came during Covid and paid $2850 for a 600sq foot one bedroom with a balcony. Rent controlled is amazing but after we left they made it $3600. For that price you can find a better deal than this. one of the elevators is always broken. Tight rules especially about outdoor area that change since we moved in.

Dog friendly apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, outdoor terraces. Nice rooftop
Cons:
Package room, wish there was a doorman

People let their dogs pee in common spaces and it starts to smell like dog urine in the back courtyard
Floors hard to keep clean
Walls are thin
Advice to owner:
Rooftop should stay furnished year round
Floors should have some sealant
Places shades in apartment
You can get a hold of super but not management

Great no-frills apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great/attentive super, close to subway stations and Brooklyn Boulders climbing gym
Cons:
No nearby groceries/restaurants, shades/curtains were not included with unit so we had to install ourself
Advice to owner:
install shades/blinds in windows please

Overall good place
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Active management, placed two tickets since moving and they responded very quickly
- Beautiful apartments
Cons:
- Kitchen counters cheaply made and stain super easily
- Lots of dogs in building and there’s always dog poop in the backyard / sometimes barking at night
Advice to owner:
Put curb your dog signs in the backyard / install fine system for those that don’t clean up after their dogs

Really bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway
Cons:
Really bad management. Not responsive to tenant complain. They don’t answer the phone when you try to reach them. Rude email answer. Not open to discussion at all.
Advice to owner:
Human relationship needs to improve.

Nice place if you aren’t too picky
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer building
Reasonable prices
Clean
Cons:
Upkeep is not great - amenities falling apart
Building management not very responsive
Water is either too hot or too cold
Flooring is impossible to maintain

Terrible status & negligent management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is small size so the amenities are never crowded.
Cons:
Negligent management. After 3 years from construction the amenities are falling a part and elevators are often out of use. The roof deck is completely destroyed and dangerous. The area is very noisy because surrounded by industrial activities. A lot of robberies from strangers because of lack in maintenance and surveillance (entrance door breakes very often and there is no doorman)
Advice to owner:
The management should maintain the building and its facilities in good status. They left the building falling a part.
