Beautiful building, awful neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new building with wonderful finishes, great views from the balcony, and clean hallways. Parking available if needed.
Cons:
The neighbors are horribly inconsiderate, playing loud bass heavy music from midnight until the sunrise all nights of the week. Loud parties and screaming throughout the night.
Advice to owner:
Enforce your quiet hours.

Quaint Building with lovely neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Wall scent plug ins are always changed and hallways always smells so nice! -Packages are kept inside the laundry room to prevent theft -Well lit and cool entry way and hallways especially in the summer months -a lot of families and folks with pets! -Newly constructed. First tenant in my unit.
Cons:
-management could be more responsive. Response time is more than 72 hours -Only 3 dryers and 1 is always broken. For a building with 100+ people that’s terrible. -walls are super thin you can hear someone’s iPhone alarm ringing down the hall
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive, alert tenants if you will be needing to enter the unit to hang city mandated messaging i.e. fire safety etc.
