Not a great place to live

Pros:
Close to all commercial spots in Roosevelt Ave Good apt size Elevator Nice view
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, specially the illegal club in the basement Trash piles up at times in the disposal room Apartment gets too cold in no time during the winter so heat bills are high Landlord shows up for showing to future tenants without a heads up
