Lottery unit, overall worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really nice building staff (front desk, porters) Nice amenities (with fee) Close to subway and lots within walking distance Apartments well sized and lots of storage Floor to ceiling window Lobbies/common areas kept really clean
Cons:
A/C was really loud, heat was OK Convection oven/microwave combo... didn't do either great Management likes to nickel and dime for amenity use (pool costs $25/person per use) White title everywhere...hard to keep clean Elevators always had issues and sometimes an entrance was closed
Advice to owner:
Stop charging for every little thing

Great new building with amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very convenient location (E/M/R right at the building, N/W/7 a 5 min walk), new and clean, somewhat spacious, W/D in unit
Cons:
Elevator sometimes has really long wait times, rent is not cheap
