The Landlords are slumlords.

I have no pros to write about this property.
Cons
Property isn’t kept up by owners. They put a bandage on things that need to be fixed correctly which then makes it worse in the long run. They neglect their responsibilities as landlords and act like they are better than everybody! The first 3-4 months they pretend to be attentive and like they are caring good landlords but it’s all an act.
Advice to the owners
Treat the tenants like you would want to be treated and take care of the property like if you or your parents had to live there.
