Lazy landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small build on the Corner
Cons:
You not told that you have to pay heat to you sign the lease Church in the building can be noisy because they play sometime late at night and they don’t even have the courtesy to let you know that they’re going to be running late during Covid they had a tricky drive on Thanksgiving but didn’t give the building a heads up lotta people in the building when Landlord was told about it did nothing to say or address your concerns
Advice to owner:
When things need to get done do it in a decent amount of time and you let people know in advance that they will be having to pay heat and be willing to be flexible on that
