STAY AWAY from “76-78 Oxford Pl, Staten Island, NY 10301”
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only good thing is close to the si ferry, besides that everything else was a nightmare. The landlord is the worst you can imagine, not responsive at all
Cons:
Landlord. He is rude, ignorant and unreliable. Apartments have broken windows, windows that leak water every time it rains and he doesn’t replace them, he even says this is it, either you stay or leave. That’s who you have to deal with, ignorant man. The building has cockroaches everywhere and mice. The garbage is collected right in front of the building and sometimes stays there for weeks until the ignorant landlord decides to put it out. Imagine summertime, it smells delicious. Not sure but we think there are two illegal apartments that he is renting in the back, back basement.
Advice to owner:
None. He deserves to loose the building due to bad management
