Horrible landlord no fixture and she’s horribly rude.

Pros:
No pros . I had to move to a better location: ta a health hazard to live there. City gave me a new voucher. She does nothing to fix is very rude. Rude to my children as well. Least I can do is warn the next person.
Cons:
Cons: where do I begin. We have a nice infestation in this house: she doesn’t fix anything. The apartment has mold. Apartment is falling apart. Apartment is in no condition for people to live in.

You’ll be hearing from my lawyer
