Don't rent property ,if you don't know how to be a Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious Rental
Cons:
Owner not disclosing lead paint factors. Not responding to fix and issues in rental. Extremely combative. Intimidating. Aggressive. No parking. No privacy in apartment. Excessive mites flies, ants, and moths . Not tending to rental issues after knowing about them
Advice to owner:
If you knew better, you'd do better.
