Pros:
Love the landlord very responsive to my problems trustworthy.
Cons:
There is a tenant in the 179 address that lives to make the courtyard her own garbage container.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of tenant at 179 asap

The landlord of this building is great guy when you have a problem with something he will try his best to resolve the issue asap. Great location if you have to take the bus. Parking in rear of building which is great.

1 tenant thinks she is a entitled individual.complains about everything and everyone.
