Landlord cares about nothing

Pros:
It was in walking distance from the stores so I didn’t always have to drive.
Cons:
Not secure at all, no storage space or peepholes on the door, flimsy staircase guardrails, small closets, thin windows, super loud apartment, residence developed pest issues and landlord did nothing about it
Advice to owner:
Gut the whole building to a shell and renovate and remodel the entire residence
