    Most terrible apartment and owner! run away!

    Pros:
    Neighbors were nice for the most part.
    Cons:
    The owner never fixed anything. The heat didn’t work as well, there was a pest problem, the bathroom titles fell off and the wall nearly fell on me many times. I also fell and hurt myself because of the leak in the bathroom. The house was also very dirty when I received it. He refused to get it cleaned. I had to get services to help me clean it. The owner also walked into the apartment unannounced and stole my things.
    Advice to owner:
    please make necessary updates to your apartment or stop renting.
