    Slumlord this building is outdated .

    Nothing is good
    Cons:
    Dirty he never mop of sweep hallway full of trash .
    Advice to owner:
    Your building is dirty and nasty inside your tenants apartments is raggedy water floods all the time no heat floors inside apartment are sinking never no repairs done worst lying slumlord that’s money hungry and Discriminate against his tenants .
