Would Not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely no pros.
Cons:
Roach infested.
Very thin walls (you hear absolutely everything).
Cheap property management.
Bed bugs, roaches, human decomposition and lies.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment layout is nice.
Cons:
The landlord regularly breaks the law. For years they sprayed illegal substances instead of dealing with a roach and bedbug infestation. Nepo contractor babies without a basic understanding of the law expect you to pay rent for a unit that isn’t inhabitable. Will retaliate because they are so stupid.
Advice to owner:
Nothing. You shouldn’t own buildings so advice is pointless.

Nice city style apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
exposed brick walls, loft style, close to train,
Cons:
No elevator, hallway is outdated
