Some good qualities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building was in a good area. Building was kept ok.
Cons:
Roaches were everywhere. They would have people come to get rid of them but if we didn’t have them come to our apartment to spay the bugs would travel from neighbors to us. It was almost impossible to keep anything from this building considering they had pretty much lived all over the building.
Advice to owner:
Figure out the roaches.
