One day or another this darkness go to give
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close location to everything and more. Easy transportation with City Bus.
Cons:
The neighbors are loud and dirty. The management is not here even to fix the door. They never pick up the phone when you call them.
Advice to owner:
Sell up to someone else please because you don’t know how to run this building

Run! RUN AWAY
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely no pros. Only thing I can say is the area is conveniently located near the new hylan plaza and shops.
Cons:
Roach infestation inside walls and lobby, washers never work & constantly broken. You will not get your money back if you DO use them and the middle of wash, you find out machine doesn’t rinse or spin properly. They do NOT give heat and you’ll wait forever for any repairs. You are only entitled to a paint job after renting for 3 years. People drink/ smoke in staircases and mentally ill tenants constantly roam the buildings talking to themselves or slamming doors. Absolutely worst management ever
Advice to owner:
Clean up your properties, get the roach problem under control and GIVE YOUR TENANTS HEAT!
