Seaview Estates... terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all this is the worst place to live
Cons:
Building manager is nasty and unresponsive. If you have a pest problem plan to deal with it on your own. Building is filthy and full of drug dealers. Hallways always smell like pot. Neighbors are not nice and are inconsiderate. Gun shots every night and screaming children. People allow their dogs to poop on the grounds and they don’t pick it up so watch where you walk. No heat in the winter, no water pressure. Building manager harasses you during all hours of the day for nonsense. Building manager is rude and a terrible woman!
Advice to owner:
Get a new building manager and clear out that building of all the riff raff
