Pretty good experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here for a long time, the security made me feel safe (even if they are a little nosy at times) and when there was problem it was fixed right away. The walks in the neighborhood during the day are quiet and beautiful.
Cons:
There is no change machine or card system in the laundry room so you need to bring your own quarters. The walls are pretty thin and so it does get a little noisy.

Mice everywhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is lower in the area then other places
Cons:
Mice everywhere m, 37 and counting in my apartment over the course of a year. Mice droppings in my cooking pans they’re on the counters. Owner won’t move me and pest control is useless on my 8th 311 report and waiting.
Advice to owner:
Take care of paying customers who never miss a rent check especially when kids live in the apartment. It’s disgusting and bad business.
