Don’t rent on the south side of the building

Great views, decent amenities
Cons
Extremely thin ceilings - you hear every footstep above you. On the south side of the building you hear hooligans blasting car music at all hours of the night whenever it is above 50 degrees. And GDC (management company) raised everyone’s rents during Covid. Screw those total a-holes.
Advice to the owners
You know that you cut all possible corners building this place and just cycle renters quickly. Eventually it will catch up to you.
