Don’t do it to yourself
Former Tenant
Pros:
You have a roof over your head
Cons:
Everything! The building itself is in desperate need of repair. You need WORKING surveillance. Better management that actually answer. When coming in for repairs stop just putting a bandage over the issue. FIX the issue. Fix your pest issue. WE pay rent not the mice and roaches. I SHOULDNT HAVE MY PACKAGES STOLEN. Clean out the garbage area!!!!! Hire a better super! Find a better way to prevent people who don’t live there to stop smoking in the hallway especially when kids live in the building. Fix the mailbox. It was literally on the floor like what ? Clean the raccoon and rat poo off the fire escape No Covid protection or nothing to imply that they was protecting people from Covid.
Advice to owner:
Do your part. You want more money give better amenities and people will be running to rent in your building. Protect your tenants and you will be protected.
