Typical Chinatown Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, and the apartments are nice inside.
Cons:
Common spaces tend to be very dirty. There was an abandoned apartment with trash outside the door for months. Lots of tenants will host parties on the roof, and it seems like people would wander in off the street and hang out on the roof sometimes, which made the building not feel super safe.

Great location and price!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are friendly and quiet. In a great location .
Cons:
The building is old which naturally comes with grime. They keep it as clean as possible.
Advice to owner:
Maybe add bike storage?

A typical LES apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Snow was always shoveled, it was bare bones but had what I needed at the time.
Cons:
Noise was a big issue as well as package delivery confusion.
