Non responsive Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively clean hallways and stairways, each apartment has its own heat.
Cons:
Basement not clean, has rats, front apartments are very noisy since they’re facing a loud main street. Landlord is not responsive. I moved out 10 months ago and are still waiting for my security deposit to be paid back.
