Great building, strange management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent superintendent. responsive, nice, understanding - all good. Building common areas are clean and seem to have been recently remodeled. Issues are addressed almost immediately by the super.
Cons:
Building management does not answer the phone and does not respond to phone messages (I've made several calls to the person identified in my lease as the contact, and am yet to speak with them). They only communicate via email - usually one liners - which can be frustrating as it comes across as they really don't care. Also, there is no laundry in the building, and very few options other than expensive pick up / delivery services - major drawback.
Advice to owner:
Answer the phone. Return phone calls. Engage in a conversation with the tenants when asked a question.

Worst building on the block

Pros:
I’ve lived here for 22 years and up till 5 years ago the building was good but it’s under a new landlord and he don’t do nothing here
Cons:
They don’t fix anything in the building it’s fullll of roaches they don’t care one person moves out they move the next person in just got they money.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building
