Good location, but terrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location’s good, apartment’s not too expensive
Cons:
The landlord, Abe. He will try to scam you out of your security deposit and never get back to you on it. We tried to take him to court, but he was too much of a coward to go so he eventually gave us our full deposit the day before the hearing. The rent checks usually go to a temple, so pretty sure there was some illegal stuff going on too
