Needs Significant Improvement

Pros:
Great Location, Beautiful Archways, Spacious Rooms
Cons:
The pest control needs major improvement. My apartment has become infested with cockroaches. They pop out of the walls at all times. My efforts to maintain the apartment clean and personal pest preventive measures are no match for the infestation of the building. The building lacks a preventive measure and the management believes the pest issue isn’t that big of a deal. The super has a day job and not easy to coordinate with. Super requires constant follow up and will often make shoddy repairs. The elevator breaks down 3-4 times a year.
Advice to owner:
Send tenants questionnaires to learn what could improve. Also, work with super on being more accessible, improving pest control and improving quality of repairs.

Nice building but there are roaches

The building and location are nice! Great food in the area
Cons:
There were roaches in our apartment and despite numerous visits from the exterminator, they're still here
Advice to owner:
Please fix the roaches
