Great apartment to get our feet on the ground
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building, in-unit washer and dryer is a life changer, as is the dishwasher. Building manager and super have responded almost immediately when we've needed them. It can get noisy, but that's Brooklyn.
Cons:
I see roaches in the hallway which is unsettling, but none have ever been in our house. Biggest issues are with the radiators. Insanely loud.
Advice to owner:
Not a lot to complain about to be honest.

TERRIBLE management, Fine apartment, Loud area
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice.
Cons:
The super and management stole many personal items from me while I was moving out. I overlapped my last two weeks in this apartment with my new lease and slowly moved out over a two week period. During that time, the super let himself in, against the terms of my lease, and one week before my lease was up, removed my personal belongings from the apartment. I emailed the management company to try to get them back or get payment for the stolen items and received no reply. This management company is TERRIBLE and are very disrespectful and I would not recommend living there. On top of this, the apartment I was in had a severe mouse problem. The building is also very old and has structural issues that create problems inside the apartments, like leaks and wall cracks, among other things.
