Perfect for two
Former Tenant
Pros:
Railroad style apartment, large bedroom facing the morning sun, updated stainless steel appliances (gas stove and full size fridge). Easy on street parking on the block.
Cons:
Poor insulation and with dual AC/heat unit with high ceilings, winters are cold especially the floors. Landlords unresponsive or very slow to respond at times
Advice to owner:
Better heating system

Tenants are breaking into other units. Had to sue the landlord over damages.
Former Tenant
Pros:
They look like good units but the HVAC isnt worth the winter and theres tons of water damage in the floors.
Cons:
The unit is rent stabilized but the landlord is lying to you it isn’t with the lease.
People in the building stole my dryer, washer, and bike.
They also broke into the back door of my unit from the backyard.
The HVAC is also not worth it. The units aren’t insulated so you’ll be paying $400 for heat a month in the winter.
The HVAC units also leak in the walls and cause damage to the floors.
Advice to owner:
Get off your butt and respond to issues or get sued and lose in court like you did with me.
