Great Apartment, Questionable People

Pros:
-Zéro pest issues
-access to gym
-decent size
-great kitchen
Cons:
- Brownsville is rough
-building is above an event space
-neighbors leave dog poop in the courtyard
- far from train
-neighbors constantly start fights and yell
Advice to owner:
Manage noise levels from tenants

Nice but expensive for location

The building has a nice gym and nice features.
Cons:
The rooms and closets are extremely small, also they do not follow their word on leases.
Advice to owner:
Be clear when giving out leases, and whether or not the tenant is going to pay the net or gross lease.
